I just wish mom would take me down to Wrigley Field to celebrate in the streets like all the loyal Cubs fans do. Mom flat out refused. She said it's too crazy in Wrigleyville tonight. NO FAIR! We live one mile due north of Wrigley Field, so it's no big deal to stroll right down the street to the ballpark. Guess I'll just continue my celebration tomorrow with my fellow Cubby fans. Aaahhh, on to the playoffs...'Till next time,

Kirby, my girl has been a loyal Cubs fan since she was itty bitty, and she is totally tickled by the win! Bummer you couldn't make it down to Wrigleyville, but I bet you can hear the celebrations from your house.
You asked me where I used to live in Chicago, and to tell you the truth, I don't remember. My girl will have to go back through my records. I'll let you know once I find out. (I think it was in the burbs).
